• Guests must provide accurate personal and payment information when booking.

• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• Full or partial payment may be required to confirm your reservation at SN Residency.
• We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other available payment methods.
• Additional charges incurred during your stay must be settled before check-out.

• Cancellation policies vary depending on the booking plan and room type.
• Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before check-in for standard bookings.
• Eligible refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• No-show reservations will be charged the full amount of the first night's stay.

• Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and condition of hotel property.
• Any damage caused to hotel property may result in additional charges.
• Smoking is prohibited in non-designated areas. A cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in non-smoking rooms.
• Illegal activities, excessive noise, or disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited and may result in eviction.

• Children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
• Children aged 5-12 years are charged 50% of the adult rate for extra bed.
• Maximum 2 children per room are allowed.
• Additional bedding or extra guests may attract additional charges.

Pets are not allowed at SN Residency. Service animals are permitted with proper documentation.

• SN Residency is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
• Guests are encouraged to use in-room safes or designated security facilities where available.
• The hotel shall not be liable for any injury, accident, or inconvenience caused due to circumstances beyond our control.
